Returns

We want you to be happy with the items you have selected. Is this not the case?

No worries; you can return your order within 14 days after receiving the parcel.  We will refund you upon receiving the undamaged items within 14 working days.  

 

We have taken care to pack the handmade items with love for you. Kindly return it to us in the same way, so we are able to pass them on. 

 

How to return your order

  • Apply for your return by filling out bellow form within 14 days. Products that are not registered before returning them cannot be processed. The same applies to orders that are registered and/or returned after 14 days.

And now?

  1. We will send you an email with your return label.      
  2. Prepare your parcel for shipping.
  3. Print the shipping label and attach it to the parcel.
  4. Go outside to head to your DHL drop-off station, and notice the wind blowing through your hair, the birds singing their song, and take in the fresh air with long, deep breaths.  
  5. Drop your parcel off, and you’re done!
