made of colorful yarn
Kids love these bright, colourful little fellows. So bring out the kid in you and travel together into infinite fantasy worlds. Fantastically fun, handmade finger puppets from Peru with more than 50 different animal figures to collect. Our finger puppets are made by an artisan women’s collective which is based in the remote areas of the highlands in Peru. Knitting is a proud tradition for the Quechua- and Aymara women and with their passion and light-fingered skills, they use their creativity to the fullest. The pure love between a child and their caretaker is beautifully symbolized in these adorable duos. Interwoven into every single finger puppet, together with a richness of traditions, generations of craftsmanship, endless stories and hope for a better future.
There is a hand(y) display available for our finger puppets. Please let us know in the notes of your order if you would like to add this item to your purchases.
Part of our mission is to inspire people to think about their purchases and to choose responsibly made products.
